The building staff here are outstanding—always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything. Whether it’s assisting with deliveries, answering questions, or going the extra mile to make things easier, they consistently provide excellent service. Their kindness and efficiency truly make the building feel like home.

We find the team at Avalon to be professional and diligent. They have followed through on their commitments. Frank has been very helpful throughout the process, always available when needed. Although it is exciting to be part of a brand-new building, the unknowns that come with being among the first residents can feel a bit unsettling at times. However, the quality service and responsiveness from the Avalon team has made the transition much smoother and given us confidence in our decision to move here.

Beautiful property in a fantastic area with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The amenities are all brand new, and the management team is always responsive and helpful whenever needed.

Working with the Avalon team has been Great! They have been profesional, helpful and completely committed to making the experience for us stress-free. Frank has been diligent and a pleasure to work with, and that goes for the rest of the Avalon team including Daniela, Jen, Matt, and even Arnaldo in maintenance and Mr. Mateo in the Loading dock. This is a wonderful place and we highly recommend it.

Frank gave us a wonderful tour the first time we visited the property. He was very knowledge and gave us all the necessary information upfront. There were no hidden costs or fees. When we decided to apply the entire team, including Matthew and Daniella made our application and move-in process seamless. My classmate and I needed a quick move-in and they did everything it took to make it happen going above and beyond. We love living at Avalon South Miami! The property is quiet, beautiful, and very well kept.

I am so, so, so happy with the exceptional hospitality and support I’ve received from the South Miami Avalon team. Daniela and her manager (forgive me for forgetting their name!) have truly gone above and beyond to make this experience seamless. From day one, they’ve been incredibly informative, supportive, and transparent while I make major living changes in preparation for the new year. I could talk for days about the level of customer service here. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel this valued and cared for. The building itself is absolutely stunning and gives off the same luxury and elegance you’d expect from a Thompson Hotel or even the Four Seasons. And the location is unbeatable. You’re right in the heart of Miami, just steps away from everything you could possibly need, including the train station. You’re not just paying for an apartment here; you’re investing in convenience, lifestyle, and elevated living. Miami is known for being expensive in general, but here you’re truly getting what you pay for, and then some. Xoxoxoxo

I love living here! The Avalon is truly a beautiful place. It’s very lively with lots of sweet residents and dogs and the infamous Fresh Market down below. 100% recommend moving here.
